My sister and I got dinner and absolutely loved the atmosphere! The service was very kind and friendly! I loved getting to sit next to the fireplace after a cold day! Great experience!
My family and I enjoyed a long weekend at this beautiful resort! The grounds and the interior were stunning! The customer service from the valet, bellmen, front desk, wait staff and housekeeping were very attentive, including texting occassionally, to ensure all of our needs were being met. We will most certainly be returning!!
20 out of 5 stars! The view driving up and in is sure to make you stop and admire. Starting with outstanding valet service, moving towards the front desk checking you in with smiles, meandering hallways with art and decor, to your rooms that leave you feeling at home but spoiled. The Theater, bowling ally, game room, spa, live music and such more to explore. Itineraries to fine dining with Peak 47 or The View. A must take trip and stop.
Can't say enough good things about Whiteface Lodge. My wife and I traveled with our 1 year old daughter for 4 nights. The staff were great, our suite was well appointed and comfortable, amenities were top notch. Great stay. A little detail I really enjoyed: the room decor is heavy, made of metal and wood and leather. A nice escape from the Amazon/Wayfair world of cheap Airbnb furnishings.
We had our wedding at WFL in October 2025, and it was an absolute dream come true. We had our ceremony at the Canoe Club and the reception at the Clubhouse, and we stayed in the Clubhouse Thursday-Monday. Everyone at WFL was so lovely, helpful, and professional every step of the way. Our guests raved about the delicious food (esp the steak!) & drink, spectacular views, and wonderful staff. Extra special shout out to Michael, Maris, and Mary Catherine — they are truly the best!! We are SO thankful we booked our wedding there and would do it 1000 times over. Can’t wait to go back for our anniversary!!
We had such an amazing experience at Whiteface Lodge! It was gorgeously decorated for Christmas and all of the amenities made the stay enjoyable. We had the opportunity to go snowshoeing and that was certainly a unique experience. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating!
Beautiful property...feels like it is inspired by lodges like Old Faithful Inn Lodge. Spacious aesthetic rooms. Lot of activities to do on property, eg, ice skating/hockey, bowling, hot tubs/heated pool that span indoor and outdoor, etc. No addnl costs once there...eg, free coffee all day outside restaurant, free valet parking, free skate rentals, etc. Exceptional staff ... special thanks to Wendy who cleared the ice for us when he saw we were skating....and Kelly in housekeeping who was tireless in helping us when needed. Will be back
We stayed at the Whiteface Lodge for two nights in October for our wedding, and it was an amazing experience. The staff was so kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our suite was the perfect place to get ready with family the morning of the wedding. It was spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated for fall. After an offsite ceremony, we hosted our wedding dinner in a semi-private dining space at KANU, and it was wonderful. The food was delicious, and the team was fantastic to work with. I highly recommend the Whiteface Lodge for a wedding day or any special occasion.
